I understand that all photos by Gabby Pidgeon Photography are copyrighted and owned by Gabby Pidgeon Photography, therefore claiming these photos as my own, selling it as my own, or in anyway take away the copyright of the photo is prohibited.

I, the customer, understand that all photos published by Gabby Pidgeon Photography are copywrite and owned by Gabby Pidgeon Photography. Therefore copying and reselling of photos or in anyway taking and claiming the photos as your own or not giving credit to the photographer is strictly prohibited.
